Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Cashx Top, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of mascara products, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to address your concerns.

2. Return Eligibility

Timeframe: You can return your product within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund or return.

Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Opened Mascara: For hygiene reasons, opened or used mascara products cannot be returned.

4. Refund Process

Return Authorization: Before returning your item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at 435-238-1143 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without a valid RAN will not be processed.

Shipping Your Return: Once your return is authorized, pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include your proof of purchase and the RAN.
